Si sacados los bienes a subasta no hay postura admisible, el Juez adjudica los bienes al acreedor o acreedores, si lo piden, previo nuevo avalúo, hasta concurrencia de sus créditos y dispone la inscripción de su providencia en el libro de registro respectivo.
