Art. 7° Las prohibiciones que se hagan á intervalos, sean ó no rigurosamente periódicas, se suspenderán por el Jefe superior de Policía del lugar en donde se hagan; y se impedirá por la Policía... ellas y en los impresos o emblemas que se den á luz por una sola vez, cuando tales piezas sean violatorias de alguno de los casos 2° y 3° del Artículo 3°.
