°. Inspección, vigilancia y control. En los casos previstos en el presente decreto en que una entidad territorial responsable de la operación del Régimen Subsidiado se quede sin oferta aseguradora, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud deberá indagar por las causas que dieron lugar a esta situación y aplicar las sanciones necesarias en caso de la presencia de irregularidades.
