ARTICULO 32 . Términos de Perfeccionamiento. - El Investigador tendrá un término hasta de quince (15) días hábiles para perfeccionar la investigación y una vez vencido formulará los cargos correspondientes dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes si encontrare mérito para ello. En caso contrario podrá ordenar la ampliación del término de la investigación o el archivo del expediente, todo lo anterior mediante auto y dentro del mismo término.

Parágrafo

Cuando se ordenen la ampliación de una investigación su término no podrá exceder de quince (15) días hábiles.
