Los Gerentes o Presidentes liquidadores de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y Sociedades de Economía Mixta, directas e indirectas del orden nacional, sometidas al régimen de dichas empresas, devengarán la remuneración asignada para el empleo de Gerente o Presidente de la respectiva entidad liquidada, antes de ser ordenada su supresión y liquidación.
