Artículo once. La responsabilidad del funcionamiento de cada uno de los Institutos estará a cargo del Rector, quien tendrá la colaboración inmediata del personal docente y administrativo de los organismos asesores.

Parágrafo

El cargo del Rector de Instituto Técnico Industrial será de tiempo completo, y para ejercerlo se requiere tener titulo profesional docente de nivel superior, con una experiencia mínima de cinco años de educación industrial.
