del artículo 24 del Decreto 3249 de 2006, modificado por el artículo 6° del Decreto 3863 de 2008 el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

En las etiquetas y rótulos de envases y empaques y en la publicidad de los suplementos dietarios no se deberá presentar información que confunda, exagere o engañe, en cuanto a su composición, origen, efectos u otras propiedades del producto, ni ostentar indicaciones preventivas, de rehabilitación o terapéuticas”.
