EMPRESAS DE CAPITAL MAYOR DE DIEZ MIL PESOS ($10,000) Y MENOS DE CINCUENTA MIL PESOS ($50,000). Las empresas de capital igual o superior a diez mil pesos ($ 10.000) y menor de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) no están obligadas por las normas de este Capítulo, pero en caso de accidente de trabajo o enfermedad profesional tienen las obligaciones establecidas en el artículo anterior y la de suministrar la asistencia de que trata el ordinal 1o. del artículo 206, hasta por seis (6) meses.
