El Notario saliente hará entrega personal del archivo al sucesor, a menos que haya imposibilidad para ello, caso en el cual podrá hacerla su apoderado, curador, heredero, cónyuge o albacea. Si hubiere urgencia lo recibirá otro Notario o el Alcalde.
