Artículo noveno. El Tesorero, del Departamento de Nariño para el manejo de dichas cantidades, prestará previamente la fianza respectiva, rendirá cuentas mensuales a la Contraloría General de la República, visadas por la Gobernación del Departamento de Nariño, y se someterá a las normas que sobre el particular señale la misma Contraloría.
