° El personal y las asignaciones de los empleados de la Policía Nacional serán los señalados por el Poder Ejecutivo, mientras se dicta la ley general de asignaciones civiles.

Parágrafo

Los sueldos de los empleados y Gendarmes de la Guardia Civil serán iguales a los del Cuerpo de Seguridad y Vigilancia.
