Los Vocales deben firmar sus respuestas con indicación de su grado y a medida que las terminen deben entregarlas al Presidente. Cuando estén todas en poder de éste, se procede al escrutinio y el resultado se consigna en una copia de los cuestionarios con las firmas del Presidente, Asesor y Secretario.
