Se podrá también celebrar contratos sobre extensiones que excedan los límites señalados por la presente Ley con cooperativas de trabajadores cuya constitución aprueba el Gobierno, y, en este caso, la superficie se fijará, en consideración al número de afiliados, los cuales deberán ser personas que explotan la tierra con su trabajo personal.
