El artículo 35 del Decreto 973 de 2005, quedará así: " Artículo 35. Conformación y funciones del Comité de Vigilancia del proyecto. El Comité de Vigilancia del Proyecto será la instancia veedora de la ejecución del mismo. Estará conformado por dos representantes de los beneficiarios y el interventor quien tendrá funciones de asesoría técnica, administrativa y financiera.

Parágrafo

Para el efecto de las asignaciones individuales efectuadas por las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, no aplica la conformación del comité del que trata el presente articulo".
