º . Quien suministre a la autoridad informes que permitan hacer efectivo el cumplimiento de órdenes de captura dictadas con ocasión de la comisión de delitos en el territorio nacional o fuera de él, podrá ser beneficiario de una recompensa monetaria. Esta misma recompensa podrá ser reconocida a la persona que suministre informaciones y pruebas eficaces que fundamenten la responsabilidad penal del sindicado o permitan hacerla extensiva a otras personas.
