No podrán reconocerse á favor de acreedor alguno las fracciones decimales que no terminen en cero ó en cinco. Las excedentes las perderá el acreedor. En las liquidaciones á favor del Montepío Militar, las fracciones que no alcancen é cero ó á cinco se subirán hasta terminar en una de dichas cifras.
