Quedan a salvo los derechos adquiridos conforme a las leyes. El beneficio establecido en el Artículo 21 de la Ley 89 de 1927 , se hace extensivo a los colonos para la adjudicación de la extensión de tierra que tengan cultivada, siempre que no exceda de los límites fijados en las leyes.
