°. Clasificación de los empleos . Según la naturaleza general de las funciones, la índole de sus responsabilidades, los requisitos y competencias laborales exigidas para su desempeño, y para efectos del sistema de nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración de cargos a que se refiere el presente decreto, los empleos se agrupan en los siguientes niveles jerárquicos: Nivel Directivo; Nivel Asesor; Nivel Profesional; Nivel Técnico y Nivel Asistencial.
