Art. 36. En las articulaciones de pago en juicio ejecutivo á que se refiere el Artículo 2 de la Ley 105 de 1890 no se admitirá la prueba testimonial; y tanto para iniciarlas como para decidirlas solo podrán apreciarse documentos escritos ó pruebas reconstituidas.
