Si ocurriere duda respecto del resultado de la votación, cualquier Consejero tiene derecho de hacer que se verifique el resultado. El resultado se verificará observando el siguiente procedimiento: Los Consejeros que quieran el sí, se pondrán de pies, permaneciendo así mientras el Secretario General los cuenta y publica su número, y el resultado definitivo de la votación.
