Destínase el edificio donde venía funcionando el Batallón de Artillería ''Galán", de la ciudad de El Socorro, para ser ocupado por el Colegio de Señoritas "Avelina Moreno".

Parágrafo

Destínase la suma de cuatrocientos mil pesos ($ 400.000.00) para las reparaciones y mejoras que sea necesario hacer a este inmueble en atención a la destinación que se le da por medio de la presente Ley.
