El Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes) y las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de, Deportes, podrán vincular, mediante contrato de trabajo, asesores o técnicos, nacionales o extranjeros para el cumplimiento de sus fines, en los campos administrativos, científico, técnico y de juzgamiento. Los asesores o técnicos gozarán de las prerrogativas que las leyes prevén para los trabajadores oficiales. TITULO X Disposiciones varias.
