En caso de desaparición no justificada de una aeronave el propietario estará obligado a devolver al Tesoro la suma correspondiente a las exenciones con que se haya favorecido a la aeronave, según esta Ley; pero si se le llegare a probar al propietario que hubo manejos dolosos para el desaparecimiento de la aeronave, se le hará efectiva una multa equivalente al 50 por 100 del valor con que sigue en el Registro Aeronáutico Nacional.
