ARTICULO 55 . PROHIBICION DE LAS PRACTICAS MONOPOLISTICAS Y RESTRICTIVAS DE LA COMPETENCIA. El concesionario del servicio de telefonía móvil celular en ningún caso podrá incurrir en prácticas que afecten la libre competencia del mercado en los términos de la Ley 155 de 1959 y del Decreto autónomo 2153 de 1992. Queda prohibido al concesionario la realización de actos, convenios, acuerdos o combinaciones que tengan por objeto constituir ventaja exclusiva indebida a su favor o de otras personas, o que tiendan al monopolio de mercados complementarios a los servicios otorgados en concesión.
