El descuento por concepto de dividendos recibidos de sociedades anónimas, utilidades de fondos de inversión, intereses sobre depósitos en cajas de ahorro y secciones de ahorro de los bancos, de que trata el artículo 7º. de la Ley 19 de 1976 se aplicará sobre los primeros $ 100.000 siempre y cuando el patrimonio líquido no exceda de $4.000.000.
