º Los constructores (maestros de obra), para poder continuar desempeñando su profesión, a partir del 1º de enero de 1939, deberán estar provistos del certificado de que habla el artículo 5º de la Ley 94 de 1937. Cada contravención a lo aquí dispuesto, será sancionada con multas de $ 5 a $ 20, según la importancia de la obra. Estas multas serán impuestas por el Alcalde del respectivo Municipio e ingresarán al Tesoro del mismo.
