°. El Director de la Penitenciaría o Cárcel debe enviar al Tribunal Superior la documentación completa, de acuerdo con las instrucciones que ha dado el Ministerio de Gobierno al respecto. Al empleado que omita alguna de las formalidades que imponen los decretos sobre rebaja de pena vigentes, en relación con la confección de los expedientes, se le aplicarán las sanciones del caso.
