En la misma providencia en que se declara extinguida la sanción penal para las personas que hayan cometido delitos que admiten este beneficio, y que deban continuar cumpliendo pena por aquellos en que no es posible en extinción, el Juez de conocimiento hará la disminución punitiva correspondiente.
