Cada Fondo Regional de Capitalización Social tendrá una Junta Directiva, elegida para períodos de dos (2) años e integrada por siete (7) miembros principales, con sus respectivos suplentes, así: Tres (3) en representación de los trabajadores que pertenezcan al fondo, tres (3) en representación de los empleadores afiliados a él uno (1) nombrado por el Gobierno Nacional.
