º. Autorizaciones y Licencias . Las estaciones de servicio y talleres de conversión interesados en iniciar operaciones deberán haber tramitado las correspondientes licencias ante las autoridades que a continuación se mencionan, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Título III del presente decreto: • Autoridad Distrital, Municipal, o del Departamento Especial de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina. • Curador Urbano. • Autoridad Ambiental Competente.
