Funciones. Corresponde a la Junta de Importaciones aprobar, total o parcialmente aplazar o improbar las solicitudes para importar bienes comprendidos en la lista de licencia previa o en la de prohibida importación en los casos señalados en el Artículo 73 del Decreto 444 de 1967. En forma rotativa y por períodos trimestrales los Miembros de la Junta de Importaciones salvo el Director del Instituto, actuarán como Asesores del Consejo Directivo de Comercio Exterior.
