°. Participación, voz y voto. En las sesiones que se lleven a cabo podrán hacer uso de la palabra los integrantes del Consejo en relación con los temas discutidos y el desempeño de sus funciones. También podrán hacerlo los invitados especiales cuando lo autorice el Presidente del Consejo. En los asuntos que se sometan a votación, tendrán participación y voto únicamente los integrantes del Consejo Superior de Política Criminal.
