Formalidad de las providencias mediante las cuales se imponga una sanción . Las sanciones deben imponerse mediante Resolución motivada, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria competente, la cual deberá notificarse personalmente al afectado o a su representante legal o a su apoderado, dentro del término de los cinco (5) días hábiles posteriores a su expedición. Si la notificación no pudiere hacerse en forma personal se hará mediante edicto, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Código Contencioso Administrativo.

Decreto 77 de 1997 · por el cual se deroga totalmente el Decreto 1917 del 5 de agosto de 1994 y se reglamenta el título VII de la Ley 9ª de 1979, en cuanto a los requisitos y condiciones técnico-sanitarias para el funcionamiento de los laboratorios clínicos y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre la materia.
