De la articulación institucional. Las entidades del orden nacional adscritas al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, se vincularán al CPGA a fin de apoyar su estructuración y funcionamiento, a través de planes operativos que atiendan sus demandas y otras que voluntariamente decidan hacerlo y tengan interés en el tema.
