Prohibición para la Dirección y Administración. Los directores, gerentes o empleados de las sociedades de administración del Sistema General de Pensiones no podrán ostentar la calidad de socios o administradores de los intermediarios de seguros o de las entidades distintas a las instituciones financieras que adelanten la labor de promoción respecto de las sociedades administradoras del Sistema General de Pensiones.
