DE LA COMISIÓN PARAR DESEMPEÑAR CARGOS EN EL DEPARTAMENTO ADMINISTRATIVO DE AERONÁUTICA CIVIL. Por necesidades especiales del servicio podrán desempeñar funciones en el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil empleados de otras entidades de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público del orden nacional, que fueren comisionados mediante resolución conjunta del Ministro, Jefe del Departamento Administrativo, Director, Gerente o Presidente del organismo que confiere la comisión y del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil. Las resoluciones deberán señalar en forma expresa el término durante el cual pueda extenderse la respectiva comisión, que no podrá exceder de un año.
