En indagación preliminar o en la investigación disciplinaria podrá comisionarse para la práctica de pruebas a funcionario de igual o inferior categoría.

Podrá la Procuraduría General de la Nación excepcionalmente a solicitud del organismo disciplinante practicar pruebas dentro de los procesos que presenten dificultades técnicas en su desarrollo.
