Art. 1. °Facúltase al Gobierno nacional para que, de acuerdo con el Municipio de Bogotá, compre la actual Empresa del Acueducto, o para adelantar y concluir negociaciones con dicha Empresa, a fin de formar una nueva Compañía entre las tres entidades nombradas, de conformidad con las disposiciones de la presente Ley.
