ARTICULO 4º. ESCALAFÓN. Es la lista del personal en orden de grado y antigüedad, con la correspondiente identificación personal y especialidad. A partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto no se incorporará personal al escalafón complementario. Los cargos que allí queden vacantes serán trasladados al escalafón regular.
