° Las erogaciones que origine el presente decreto se imputarán á la partida sobrante del artículo 429, Capitulo LXXXIV, Departamento de Fomento, 1.ª liquidación de los Presupuestos de Rentas y Gastos de 1891 y 1892, y al agotarse ese sobrante se hará la imputación al artículo 349 de la Ley 109 de 1892. Comuníquese y publíquese.
