De la financiación de acreencias laborales e indemnizaciones. El pago de indemnizaciones y de acreencias laborales se hará con cargo a los recursos de la DNE en liquidación. En aquellos casos en que se haya agotado la totalidad de los recursos de la liquidación, el Gobierno Nacional atenderá estas obligaciones con cargo a los recursos del presupuesto.
