Artículo cuarto. El capital inicial de la sociedad será de veinte millones de pesos ($20.000.000.00) moneda legal. Este capital será suscrito y pagado por el Gobierno Nacional, por las entidades oficiales o semioficiales de carácter nacional, los Departamentos, los Municipios y las personas naturales y jurídicas que deseen suscribir y pagar acciones en dicha sociedad.
