De la licencia del transporte. Toda persona natural o jurídica que se dedique al transporte de plaguicidas por vías terrestre, aérea, marítima o fluvial, deberá obtener licencia de transporte por el término de cinco (5) años renovable por períodos iguales, expedida por los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, al tenor de lo establecido en el presente Decreto.
