Ley 1657 de 2013 · por la cual la Nación y el Congreso de la República se asocian y rinden homenaje al municipio de Neira, en el departamento de Caldas, con motivo de la conmemoración de los 170 años de su fundación y se autorizan apropiaciones presupuestales para la ejecución de las obras básicas que el municipio requiere.
