En desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 46 de la Ley 179 de 1994 y 12 de la Ley 225 de 1995 , la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura podrá sustituir bienes inmuebles por las obras necesarias para la adquisición, terminación, adecuación y dotación de los despachos judiciales, sin operación presupuestal alguna.
