Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, presentarán su declaración de renta y patrimonio ante el Jefe o Comandante de la repartición a cuyas órdenes se encuentren. Las Oficinas de Personal recibirán la declaración de los Jefes o Comandantes de Reparticiones o Unidades y las remitirán a la Administración de Hacienda. En consecuencia, solamente esta Oficina liquidará el impuesto sobre la renta y sus complementarios mencionados.
