Si los secretos, planos, dibujos o documentos de que trata el artículo 122, fueren revelados por culpa de quienes los conocían por razón de sus funciones oficiales, los responsables estarán sujetos a la pena de prisión de seis meses a dos años, y a la de multa de trescientos a dos mil pesos.
