Los individuos que calumniaren á otros como perturbadores del orden público serán castigados, con la pena de prisión ó con la de confinamiento ó multa, en la proporción establecida en el Artículo 8.° de esta Ley.

1.° De los casos de que trata este artículo conocerán los mismos empleados y del mismo modo indicado en el artículo que acaba de citarse.

2.° En este caso la autoridad ante quien se haya dado el denuncio calumnioso está obligada á dar al calumniado el nombre del calumniador.
