° . El servicio público de transporte terrestre automotor de carga sólo será prestado a través de personas jurídicas legalmente constituidas, cuyo objeto social principal sea el acarreo de bienes y estén debidamente autorizadas por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito.

Parágrafo

Las personas jurídicas a las que se refiere este artículo, podrán ser sociedades mercantiles o cooperativas. CAPITULO I Licencia de funcionamiento .
