Transferencia de los recursos. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional transferirá al Icetex los recursos necesarios para el financiamiento y administración de las becas “Luis Antonio Robles”, en cada vigencia fiscal.

Parágrafo

El Icetex será el responsable de administrar los recursos, realizar los desembolsos por concepto de costos de matrícula y derechos de grado a las Instituciones de Educación Superior y por concepto de apoyo para gastos de sostenimiento a los beneficiarios.
